supversa  Return Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Products must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
What We Accept
Regular-priced items
Sale items (excluding final sale)


What We Don’t Accept
Final sale items (clearly marked)
Used, washed, or damaged items
Items without tags or in non-resalable condition

How to Return
Visit our  email us at service@supversa.com to request a return label.
Pack your item(s) securely and include the packing slip.
Attach the prepaid return label (for exchanges or store credit) or use your own carrier (if requesting a refund to original payment method, return shipping costs may be deducted).
Refunds 
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
